We may provide guidance on product compatibility; however, the final responsibility for selection and compatibility rests with the customer unless confirmed by us in writing.

We are not responsible for installation errors. Installation by third parties is at the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect installation may void warranty.

Improper use, incorrect voltage, modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions will void warranty and any obligation on our side.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Special or custom orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable, and are fulfilled according to customer specifications.
